Smyl-e started out
in the rave industry back in the early nineties and
has been dj'ing for over eleven years. He has played
countless clubs, parties, and toyes across the U.S.
and Canada for crowds as large as 15,000 people.
Holding down residencies as far as the east coast,
he has had the privilege to Dj alondside some of
the world's biggest talent such as: RUN-DMC,
De La Soul, Rob Bass & DJ Easy Roc, Doug E Fresh,
Crystal
Method, Sugar Hill Gang, DJ Rectangle, DJ Dan, Donald
Glaude, Hipp-e & Halo, Carl Cox, Pau; Oakenfold,
BT., Sasha & Digweed, Taylor, Josh Wink, Keoki, Commander
Tom, Christopher Lawrence, Paul Van Dyk, and many
others.
He has also entered the world of producing under the name (K-Connection) and has one record released with remixes by Dave Trance and Doran. With the collaboration of friends, he is launching his own record label soon and plans to have more releases within a year.
He hopes to see the dance scene become stronger with DJ's, artists, promoters, clubs, and friends pulling together.
